Q. How many people do I have?

A. The minimum is 20 people (can be children, depending on rating) You can have more, you pay for each person attending the session.

Q. When do I need to pay for the screening?

a. You need to have full payment, by Sunday 5.00pm the week prior to our new start of the week. IE Cinema week goes Thursday to Wednesday. If you have a booking for the Tuesday, you will need to pay in full by the Sunday the week before. If payment has been received by the date given (via email) your screening will not proceed.

Q. How do I pay before screening?

a. You will need to pay by Card or cash, in one group payment.

Q. What movie can I watch?

a. Depending on ratings (children) and availability of movie, that is currently onsite.

Q. How much does it cost?

a. $12.50 per person for a current playing movie. (Starting from, some movies may be higher)

Q. Can each person pay for this themselves?

a. No, this is a one payment group booking.

Q. When does this promotion end?

a. Please check with Manager for end date. (Excludes School Holidays)

Q. Which cinema can I use?

a. Cinema 5 for 20 people, if you have more the cinema will change.

Q. Can I get a deal on Popcorn and Drinks or can I bring my own food?

a. You are unable to bring outside food into the cinema. We have packages starting from $8.50ea with popcorn/drinks

Q. Can I have Beer and Wine with our deal?

a. Yes you can. Subject to age restrictions, must be over 18 to order

Q. How do I book a private screening?

a. Send an email to with what you want with Dates, time etc.

Q. Can I watch a DVD or stream a movie?

a. No, we are unable to do this do to copyright.

Q. Can I play a movie that I have made?

a. We regret that we are unable to do this either. Our system is setup that we are unable to do this.

Q. What happens if I have 18 people turn up, do I get a refund for the other two people?

a. No, our minimum is 20 for a private screening. We are unable to change to public once the cut off day has passed. If you get more people, you will need to pay for them on the day.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my movie day?

a. If it is more than 14 days’ notice (before 4.30pm on the Sunday before our week starts Thursday to Wednesday) you will be able to get a full refund. If it is under this time frame, no refund given.

Q. Can you play a R rated movie?

a. If we have this on file, yes, we can. You will be only able to have over 18’s attends the event. I.D. may be required.

Q. What movie can I watch for $12.50 per person, 20 minimum?

a. The price is for a current movie on our system, on the date/time of screening your movie.  

Q. Can you play a movie that came out some years ago?

a. If we can get the movie, we are able to play it, however the price per person will be different as it is not on our system. These types of bookings are priced differently.

Q. Are there any days or nights we are unable to do Private screenings?

a. Yes, we are unable to do Friday or Saturday after 5pm.
